This role involves real-time monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting of enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, and applications. The analyst will be the first line of defense, identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime. Responsibilities include triaging alerts, managing high-priority incidents, executing runbooks, and performing health checks. The position requires a proactive approach to improving operational processes and reducing alert noise, contributing to daily operational reports and post-incident reviews.
