The LEGO Group is seeking an Associate Manager, Brand & Portfolio Communications to shape the company's reputation. This role involves planning and executing global brand and product PR, managing media events, handling media inquiries, and updating online content channels. The position requires strong English communication skills, project management abilities, and experience in media relations, preferably from an agency or in-house corporate communications team. This is a full-time position based in Billund or Copenhagen, Denmark.

Core Responsibilities

You will be part of a high-performing, fast-paced communications team who is passionate about delivering great quality work, innovating, learning, and caring for each other. The role sits within the growing Brand & Portfolio Communications team in Denmark with plenty of room to help craft our ambition and plans. Day-to-day you will be supporting your external communications colleagues in the team and working closely with a global PR community internal network.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate has experience at either an earned agency (PR, social, comms) or an in-house Corporate Communications/Consumer team. You have worked with media relations in a constantly evolving media landscape and gained a detailed understanding of earned media channels and how to establish and build stakeholder relationships.
