The Legal, Governance & Compliance team is seeking an intern for a 3-6 month internship starting in Winter Semester 2026. Responsibilities include supporting compliance and corporate law initiatives, assisting with the development of the compliance management system, drafting and revising internal policies, participating in compliance investigations, and supporting corporate law matters including M&A projects. The role also involves legal research, preparing presentations and decision papers, and handling administrative tasks. Requires a degree in Business Law or a related field, proficiency in MS Office, good English skills, and strong analytical and teamwork abilities.
