You will also lead the dashboard and tech roadmap, manage vendor relationships, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL is essential.

The Business Intelligence Manager sits within the Media Sciences team, reporting into the Head of Media Sciences. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and leadership abilities to effectively manage data sourcing, analysis, reporting, and integration efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business intelligence principles, data warehousing concepts, and experience working with BI tools.
The Media Sciences team leads the transformation of Citi’s media investment and measurement, while delivering positive return on marketing investment and future-proofing our business. The team works in close partnership with US and Global Digital Media, Analytics, Acquisitions, Advertising and Product Management teams.
