The Equipment and Tool Shop is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team in Seguin, TX. This role focuses on designing and developing innovative automated manufacturing equipment and solutions. Responsibilities include creating robust machine designs, robotic end-of-arm tools, and leveraging state-of-the-art technologies like 3D additive manufacturing. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, 1-3 years of experience with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred), and strong English communication skills. Experience in automation design, 3D printing, and knowledge of robot programming is preferred. This is a full-time, onsite position.
