Reporting to Operational Excellence, this role supports manufacturing, warehouse, quality, and blending teams to ensure high standards in inventory management and reporting. Responsibilities include creating and reconciling process orders, updating production numbers, generating reports, and communicating between departments. The role also involves inventory management using dashboards and systems like SAP and WMS, resolving inventory issues, and assisting with audits. A key focus is on continuous improvement of processes and reducing waste, working with cross-functional teams to enhance performance on People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
Job Description Summary:
Reporting to Operational Excellence this role will work closely with and support the manufacturing, warehouse, quality and blending teams to ensure company controls around inventory management and reporting are maintained to the highest standards. In addition to Production clerk responsibilities, the role involves participating and assisting in other tasks within the warehouse / operations area as they are arising. The role also involves excellent communication and influencing skills as we continually strive to enhance quality, efficiency and reduce cost. This is a permanent role on a particular shift however due to financial months and year end deadlines flexibility is required.
