Summary:

AOV/MOV Diagnostic Tester will perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance of MOV and AOV valve systems during nuclear power plant refueling outages.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience in troubleshooting for corrective activities as per manufacturer manuals such as Rotork, Biffi, Dresser, Parcol, Velan, Emerson.
Knowledge of refurbishment activities on MOV and AOV actuators and accessories.
Acquisition and analysis for MOV and AOV using diagnostic system Viper20/Vote infinity or similar.
Issuing and revision of maintenance procedure for valves, electrical and pneumatic actuators including accessories.
Understanding diagnostic procedures for diagnosis and calibration with Viper20 and VOTES Infinity of valves with electric and pneumatic actuators - preventive, predictive and corrective activities.
Maintenance activities - calibration, troubleshooting.
Interdepartmental support for Engineering and Operation Department.

Knowledge and experience with MOV and AOV diagnostic system Viper20/Vote infinity or similar.
