Caris MPI, Inc. is seeking a Security Operations Center (SOC) Specialist for its 3rd shift. This role is responsible for monitoring physical security systems, responding to alarms and incidents, and supporting laboratory and facility emergency coordination. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a SOC or related field, with hands-on experience using access control and CCTV systems. This full-time position is based in Phoenix, Arizona.

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly responsive Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator to support 24/7 security operations in a dynamic, fast-growing public techbio environment.
The SOC Specialist is responsible for monitoring physical security systems, responding to alarms and incidents, and supporting laboratory and facility-related emergency coordination. This role serves as the first line of detection and response to protect employees, facilities, research environments, and intellectual property.
