In this full-time role, you will be responsible for general accounting, maintaining accounting and tax records, preparing reports for Lithuanian authorities, and participating in external audits. You will also proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams.     • Your day-to-day::
  • General accounting to both local and international accounting requirements;
  • Keeping accounting and tax records on a timely basis - ensure month end closing procedures taken in place, including balance reconciliation, accruals, etc.;
  • Preparing and timely submitting accounting, tax, and statistical reports to Lithuanian Authorities;
  • Actively participating in the external audit process;
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement in accounting processes, internal controls, and workflows – suggesting and implementing changes to increase efficiency and accuracy;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (FP&A, Controlling, etc) on process improvement projects, system migrations, and new business initiatives.
    • Your skills & experiences::
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in a medium-to-large enterprise or group of companies;
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle General Ledger (GL) accounting;
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems  (plus Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central);
  • Great written skills in English;
  • Creative approach to problem-solving, high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines;
    • Nice to have::
  • Preparation of full set of Financial Statements'
  • Orientieted in result;
  • Solid understanding of taxation environment;
  • Audit coordination experience;
