Job Summary:

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing events across SEA for partner programs and customer engagements in order to cultivate a broad base of customers for our technology client. In addition to this, you will be tasked with managing & monitoring key performance indicators, supporting digital marketing analysis, and communicating insights to internal and external stakeholders that will continue to shape and influence the economic impact of this platform.

Role: 

  • You will play a pivotal role in leading independent initiatives and expertly managing events across various functions and SEA countries, with a specific focus on Thailand & Vietnam, while also encompassing other SEA regions.
  • Keeping regular tabs on crucial key performance indicators, providing insights into the vitality of marketing activations and supporting decision-making for senior management.
  • Undertake analytical assessments of strategic marketing projects. Uncover, create, and establish marketing analyses, pivotal frameworks, and methodologies across countries, particularly in events management.
  • Foster effective alignment and collaboration across cross-functional teams (both internal and external creative agency partners). Ensuring timely and high-calibre execution of projects.
  • Analyse insights from post-event analyses, providing areas of improvement.

You:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Experience in event management experience, especially with tech clients; analytical capability, experience with analytical tasks, and driving insight for events.
  • Ability to influence at all levels and work effectively across functions and geographies, including external creative agencies, and media agencies.
  • Project management experience. Track record of effectively delivering large-scale and/or multiple projects at one time in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience in leading events from end to end covering planning, operationalisation, execution and post-event analysis
  • Exceptional EXCEL and PPT skills - particularly pivot tables, formulas, and graphs. Basic HTML skills desired
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills.
