Google's Global Program Management team is seeking a Program Manager for the REWS Launch Team. The position requires driving the end-to-end execution of cross-functional projects, identifying opportunities for AI and automation, and solving systemic organizational challenges.
The Global Program Management (PgM) team serves as a trusted advisor across the organization, bringing clarity, focus, and structure to REWS’ highest priority cross-functional initiatives. The REWS Launch Team is a career development platform designed to build an agile talent layer into the organization. Through two 9-12 month rotations across various functional groups, team members develop a holistic view of the business and establish strong cross-functional connections. This team serves as a structured pathway for professionals ready to build operational breadth and gain experience while navigating a wide range of disciplines across REWS and Google.
