Cribl is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join its US-based team, focused on building the telemetry infrastructure for the AI era. This remote role involves enhancing service delivery and reliability across the entire lifecycle of production systems. You will measure and monitor systems, identify and resolve errors, and collaborate with product teams to improve resilience and observability. The position requires a strong background in observability systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure preferred), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred), and development with JavaScript/Node.js/TypeScript in a Linux/Mac environment. Experience with incident response, Linux Systems Engineering, and APM tools is also valued. This role is essential in shaping the next generation of observability software.

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location and will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
In addition to base salary, for sales and some sales-adjacent roles, employees are eligible to earn incentive compensation (commission). For all other roles, employees are eligible to participate in the Cribl Corporate Bonus Program.
