About the Role — Workforce & Equity Operations Specialist
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Specialist to drive HR operations across Time & Workforce Operations and Global Equity Administration. Based in Taiwan within the Employee Experience team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors to ensure accurate, compliant tracking of global attendance and equity data.

Key Responsibilities
Time & Workforce Operations
- Attendance & Shift Management: Oversee global employee attendance and leave administration, maintain shift and on-call schedules to ensure seamless operation.
- Data Integrity & Reporting: Generate regular attendance reports to ensure accurate, compliant data provision for payroll processing and auditing.
- Compliance & Process Automation: Continuously optimize workforce operations and leverage AI tools to automate routine workflows while ensuring governance and compliance.
- Vendor & Lifecycle Support: Manage attendance/equity vendors (SLAs and invoicing) and deliver timely support for routine HR inquiries and certificates.
Equity & Stock Administration
- ESOP Administration: Administer global employee equity programs, ensuring accurate transaction processing, vesting records, and data integrity.
- Reconciliation & Reporting: Prepare monthly ESOP transaction reports, ensuring high accuracy and compliance for subsequent payroll and financial auditing.
- Workflow Optimization: Identify process bottlenecks and apply AI solutions to transform manual equity administration into scalable operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR lifecycle service delivery, international HR operations, or global equity administration is preferred.
- Professional communicator with a service-oriented mindset, strong ownership, meticulous attention to detail, and proven abilities to effectively prioritize deliverables in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with high resilience and learning agility to independently navigate ambiguity and embrace new organizational challenges.
- Open-mindedness and enthusiasm for exploring and implementing AI/automation tools to optimize manual HR workflows.
- English proficiency required; additional languages is a plus.
