- Handle medical malpractice, nursing home negligence / abuse, and wrongful death matters from pre-suit investigation through trial
- Leverage M&M’s technology suite to effectively manage cases through their lifecycle
- Build compelling cases through discovery, expert development, depositions, and motion practice
- Guide clients and families through some of the most difficult moments of their lives with compassion and clarity
- Collaborate with leading medical experts and consultants
- Prepare for and attend mediations, hearings, depositions, and trials
- Develop case strategies that maximize outcomes and accountability
- Serve as a trusted advocate for clients seeking justice and closure
- Opportunities are available in Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, Massachusetts, North Carolina, and Michigan
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with the applicable State Bar
- 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience, ideally involving medical negligence/malpractice, catastrophic injury, and/or nursing home matters
- Strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to independently manage a significant caseload
- Exceptional client communication and relationship-building abilities
- A driven, compassionate attorney who is motivated by meaningful work and long-term professional growth
