All baked goods are produced at our Phoenix production warehouse and delivered to Paradise Valley — your job is to ensure everything that reaches our guests is finished, presented, and quality-checked to the highest standard. You'll lead the decoration team, own the finished product, and serve as the bridge between our production warehouse and the guest-facing experience.

- Identify and address quality issues immediately across decoration, product condition, and presentation
- Communicate quality patterns or recurring concerns to the General Manager and Phoenix production team
- Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards throughout the decoration area
Production Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Paradise Valley and the Phoenix production warehouse on product flow and delivery timing

- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace throughout every shift
