The Systems Engineer will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, identifying risks, and supporting the development of product plans for the D2 project. This role involves evaluating system costs, performing system requirement analysis according to company processes, creating technical concepts, clarifying system requirements with different disciplines, and developing system test cases. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of experience in the NEV automotive sector with a technical background in automotive systems engineering, and at least 2 years of experience with inverter products. Fluent English communication and negotiation skills are required.
Your key responsibilities:
-For D2 project, responsible to analysis customer’s requirement, identify the risk / feasibility, support TPM to create the developing plan for this product meanwhile ,evaluate the RD cost from system’s perspective.
-Do System requirement analysis according to company process.
-Create technical concept to fulfill customer feature needs.
-Clarify system requirement with different discipline.
-Create system test cases ,and report system testing progress regularly .
Your Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree (At least).
-At least 3 years of professional experience in NEV automotive sector and a technical background in automotive (system engineering and collaboration with interfaces hardware, software, test, etc.) at leat 2 years of working experience in inverter product.
-Fluent English language, negotiation skills.
-Self-initiative and structured working style with coaching, mentoring and motivational skill.-Ability to drive problem solving and finding of solutions.-Technical oriented and customer orientated.
