Paragon Social Care is seeking compassionate and resilient Children's Support Workers to provide 24/7 wraparound support for young people in local authority care. Responsibilities include providing trauma-informed care, building trusting relationships, supporting independence, advocating for young people, and assisting with daily activities. The role requires experience with children/young people, a UK driving licence, own car, patience, empathy, resilience, and flexibility. While a qualification is desirable, training and career progression to Senior Support Worker and beyond are provided. Excellent pay and benefits are offered.

What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary)
✔ A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
✔ Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience
✔ Flexibility to work waking nights, weekends, and sleep-ins
✔ A clear enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
A relevant qualification (such as NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care) is desirable but not essential — we’ll support the right people to grow.
