Omnea is seeking driven individuals for its Commercial Launchpad, an early-career GTM program designed to train top AI sellers. Participants will own a sales territory from day one, work live deals, and drive revenue, with acceleration into closing roles within 3-12 months. The program emphasizes hands-on experience, building pipeline, supporting enterprise sales cycles, running C-suite events, and graduating into a closing role with a quota. The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, enjoys challenges, and is eager to progress quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.
