Your key responsibilities:

• Support origination and execution of ECM and equity-linked transactions;
• Establish and develop network and dialogues with internal stakeholders, from coverage to sales/trading to infrastructure support functions;
• Handling day-to-day client enquiries and dialogues, developing skills in managing and driving conversations with clients;
• Participation in marketing efforts, leading preparation of client presentations and pitches;
• Support in all facets of trade execution for ECM and equity-linked transactions;

Your skills and experience:

• Relevant ECM and equity-linked products origination experience with deep understanding of the nature of the business;
• Candidate needs to be fluent in Mandarin and English to be able to partner with clients in the region
• Able to mentor and lead junior bankers in team.
• Independent thinking and proactive to contribute;
• Highly motivated, self-driven and accountable;
• Strong communication skills and able to articulate to demanding clients
