The Market Access Manager/Senior Manager will create and execute comprehensive market access strategies, integrating pricing, reimbursement, health technology assessment, and health economic modeling. This role involves understanding patient needs to improve care through stakeholder engagement, developing an integrated payer value proposition from early development through loss of exclusivity. You will collaborate with payers, reimbursement influencers, decision-makers, and internal teams (Medical, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to ensure equitable access to treatments. Responsibilities include developing value propositions, pricing strategies, optimizing reimbursement plans, leading cross-functional teams, driving formulary enlistment, identifying partnership opportunities, developing market access strategies for new products, conducting price sensitivity research, analyzing market landscapes, and managing communications.
You will manage the important role of creating and executing comprehensive Market Access strategies through the integration of pricing and reimbursement, health technology assessment, evidence-based medicine review, and health economic modelling activities, as well as providing patient experience by understanding needs of patients in the market to achieve better state of care through key stakeholder engagement. Through your expertise in this domain, you will develop an integrated approach for all aspects of the payer value proposition from early development through and beyond loss of exclusivity (LOE).
You will work collectively with payers, reimbursement influences (e.g. HCPs, institutions, patient advocacy organizations), decision makers and internal stakeholders (Medical, Marketing, Sales, Strategic Healthcare Partner and Health Solutions Partner) to design and execute market access strategy to increase equity of access to our treatment. You will conduct strategic studies with the end consumer in mind and work with health economics and outcomes research to design pricing strategy. You will be proactive in maximizing market update by communicating with external stakeholders and discussing the value proposition of the therapeutic area drugs.
