Accenture is seeking an APAC Legal Counsel for Ecosystems Legal Resale in Gurugram, India. This role involves supporting technology and services resale to clients in Asia-Pacific countries, drafting and negotiating resale agreements, and providing expertise on resale considerations like accounting, tax, and trade compliance. The position requires significant contract negotiation experience, a strong understanding of emerging technologies, and excellent analytical and communication skills. The role also involves mentoring junior team members and ensuring compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.

Reports to: APAC Legal Lead - Agency Resale Legal
Relationships: Technology Sales and Ecosystem business groups; GSL Legal teams, Sales and Consulting teams, and Buyside procurement; subject matter experts (e.g. Global Tax, Finance, Controllership); and outside law firms.
Qualifications:
Education: Local legal training and certification is required.
