AIA is seeking an Events Supervisor in Phnom Penh, Cambodia to support sales events and enhance lead generation. This role involves managing event execution, coordinating with external suppliers, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities include assisting in event design, conducting market research, managing budgets, and collaborating with agency leaders and vendors. The position also focuses on lead management, nurturing inbound leads, and reporting on event performance to maximize sales opportunities.

About the Role
The role is responsible for providing supervisory support to ensure smooth and effective management of sales events, with key focus on enhancing the quality, assignment, and engagement of leads generated to maximize sales opportunities.
