Core responsibilities:
- Drive the design and specification of new automated solutions together with our key suppliers.
- Ensure key partner involvement in the process.
- Drive FAT of equipment pre-factory installation.
- Lead and plan SAT of new equipment and sign-off on functionality and performance before takeover.
- Actively uses innovation to create results such as improve machines, equipment, automatization, and logistic processes.
- Ensure coherence and collaboration across technology platforms within MDI, Manufacturing/Shopfloor and within Engineering and machine safety - Building relationships to all key stakeholders and suppliers.
- Global go-to person with deep functional expertise and day-to-day support.
- Identify risk and opportunities in functional areas and in general and translates objectives into clearly defined short-term team deliverables.
- Ensure Technical specifications and documentation of Technology platforms.
- Bringing the expertise into business context, and actively uses functional expertise and End2End and customer understanding.

The Technology Manager will be part of a team of 9 skilled colleagues. You will be working with one or more strategic important logistics technologies, driving the defined global agenda for the technologies, focusing on P-box washers and robots, and ensuring the highest degree of automation.
Do you have what it takes?
Majored in relevant field (Automation & Robotics, Engineering etc.) and having the ability to communicate with multiple parties, you also bring:
- Practical experience with installation and IT integration of automation equipment on shopfloors.
- Coming with experience from PTA/Engineering position – demonstrated ability.
- Experience in Automation/logistics systems is highly relevant.
- Should be able to travel app. 40 days per year.
- Preferred specialist with excellent command of English.
