This role involves managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, maintaining HR systems, and serving as a primary point of contact for HR inquiries and guidance. The position requires 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, proficiency with HR systems like Workday, and strong organizational skills. The role is based on-site in Sydney, NSW.

This role is based onsite 5 days per week at our Sydney Olympic Park office. While that structure keeps us connected, we do remain a flexible employer for life’s moments!
The nature of this role and level of responsibility may require reasonable additional hours over and above 37.5 hours per week and may also require work outside of ordinary hours.
