PURPOSE:
Support Core system application to manage the team during the time of Life-Asia system enhancement and maintenance with an effective and efficient method to deliver the corporate and departmental objectives.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- To monitor problem and system analysis at complex and general level to provide suitable and effective programming orientation for the team in satisfying company business requirements timely and quality
- To set up the working plan for the team to reach the objects of department by on-going and periodically basis
- To follow up and encourage the good willing as well as the creative of the team
- To coordinate with Business Analyst, users, outsource consultants and vendors to maintain and enhance Life Asia system with the most quality and effective method;
- To manage controlling month-end, quarter-end and year-end processing at technical side to ensure accurate and smooth implementation of Life Asia system for business continuity
- To support the leader of Core system application in contingency plan to ensure continuity of Life Asia system in minimum circumstances caused by fire, system failure, etc
- To set up the working plan for the team to reach the objects of department by on-going and periodically basis
- Other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- University degree in Information Technology;
- At least 4-5 years of IT System DEvelopment/programming
- Software development knowledge;
- SMART/400 base application (LifeAsia, PolicyAsia) development knowledge;
- Preferable good knowledge of life insurance or financial institutions.

- Good analytical skill;
- Good interpersonal skill;
- Good leadership skill
- Good communication (both verbal and writing) skills in English & Vietnamese;
- Teamwork spirit;
- Able to work under high pressur
