The Boeing Company is seeking a Regional Project Management Lead for its Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization. This role involves leading, mentoring, and coaching project management teams, providing enterprise-wide project leadership, and driving the successful execution of critical construction projects. Responsibilities include training on project management best practices, developing project plans and estimates, evaluating progress, conducting technical reviews, managing costs and schedules, and identifying/mitigating project risks. The position requires 5+ years of experience in estimating, project leadership, and presentation delivery, with a strong focus on construction projects and project management principles.

In this role, you will lead, mentor, coach and support project management teams while providing enterprise-wide project leadership. Partnering with a cross-functional team of engineers, planners, procurement and contracting specialists, site business partners and GREF leadership, you will drive the successful execution of projects that are critical to business operations and strategic objectives. You will also provide regular project and program updates to GREF leadership and key business stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency and informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
The opportunity is available at any of our Washington sites in Auburn, Tukwila, Everett, Kent, Renton or Seattle.
