We are seeking a dynamic Shift Manager to lead and coordinate a dedicated team to achieve superior performance in quality and productivity. Responsibilities include monitoring production schedules, developing people, fostering continuous improvement, ensuring a safe working environment, and maintaining effective employee relations. This role requires shift work, including days, nights, and weekends.

Please note that shift working to cover a variety of patterns will be required, including days, nights, and weekend shifts.
