Tetra Pak seeks a Customer Service Operations Maintenance Engineer II (MII) to perform complex maintenance and installation activities on food industry equipment. This homebased, US-wide role involves traveling to customer sites to execute preventive maintenance, conduct electromechanical rebuilding, and perform testing/calibration. The engineer will act as a technical resource, troubleshoot issues, and document service work using TPMS tools. A strong focus on customer satisfaction, safety, and continuous improvement is essential. The position requires a technical diploma and 3+ years of equipment maintenance experience, preferably in the food industry. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship and possess a valid driver's license.

As a Maintenance Engineer (MII) at Tetra Pak, you’ll perform more complex maintenance and installation activities with greater independence. You’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge food industry equipment, solving problems that keep global food production running safely and efficiently.
As part of our Customer Service Operations team, you will be first in the field to maintain food processing and packaging equipment at our customers’ facilities. As someone who takes pride in diagnosing issues and restoring equipment performance, you’ll help ensure food production continues for hundreds of millions of people across more than 160 countries.

Tetra Pak provides the following compensation range that in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
Ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is defined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The estimate displayed is just one component of Tetra Pak's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include annual performance bonus, competitive benefits, and work-related allowances.
