Tetra Pak is seeking a Production Operator in Rayong, Thailand to ensure food safety and availability worldwide. This role involves operating machinery according to established methods, learning World Class Manufacturing (WCM) principles, and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include following safety rules, executing Autonomous Maintenance (AM) operations like Cleaning, Inspection, and Lubrication (CIL), identifying anomalies, conducting basic quality tests, and creating OPls and SOPs. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate from a technical school with basic production process knowledge and technical skills, a keen eye for detail, the ability to learn quickly, and a disciplined approach to following processes. Basic MS Office knowledge is also required. Job Summary

To produce as per given methods learning WCM methods and Quality parametersAcquire the skills to maintain the machines as per AM

What you will do

1. Follow production safety rules2. Work according to existing procedures/ Standards3. Execute basic AM (Autonomous Maintenance) operationsÂ CIL (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication)4. Define anomalies and put tags5. Conduct basic/elementary quality tests6. Create OPls and SOPs
