BJAK is seeking high-ownership generalists for its Founder's Office to drive the expansion of its finance super app. This role involves taking on ambiguous business challenges, working across functions to launch new financial products, markets, and partnerships. Responsibilities include zero-to-one strategic projects, market research, licensing, partner acquisition, and turning founder-level ideas into actionable plans. The ideal candidate is a strong generalist with excellent business judgment, the ability to learn quickly, and comfortable with ambiguity and hands-on execution. Strong English communication skills and experience in startups, consulting, or fintech are advantageous.

The Role
We are looking for high-ownership generalists to join the Founder's Office for BJAK's finance super app expansion. This role is for builders who can take on ambiguous business problems, move fast across functions and help launch new financial products, markets, licences and partnerships.

Location
This role is based in UK. This is a hybrid role. You are expected to work from our UK office at least 3 days per week.
English is our main working language across global teams. Strong English communication is required.
Our process is designed to move fast:
1. Online assessment or practical task
2. Role-specific interview
3. CEO / final round
