Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Oshawa Elevation Centre (OEC) three times per week at minimum, or other frequency dictated by the business.

As a co-op student on the GM Fleet team, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the execution and coordination of marketing and sales operations initiatives in the fleet and commercial business. This role is ideal for a student who is a strong communicator, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do:
- Develop new training courses for dealership Fleet Managers
- Identify growth markets for GM Fleet Canada
- Maintain and update data dashboards and reports using tools like Excel or Power BI
- Create model year overview presentations, pitch decks and competitive comparisons
- Assist with administrative tasks such as manual claims and RFQ proposals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales operations initiatives
- Organize and support customer facing events and internal team meetings
- Draft and distribute dealer-facing communications
- Create social media posts and email campaigns catered to fleet customers
- Maintain the GM Fleet Canada website
- Use AI to develop process efficiencies for the team
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Able to work 40 hours per week and for a 12-month term (consecutive semesters) starting September 2026
Preferred Qualifications:
- Evidence strong character with integrity, honesty, accountability, and trust
- Full G License (Ontario or other provinces equivalent)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Power BI or Tableau and AI programs is a plus
- Demonstrate initiative

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Curious and eager to learn new tools and processes (including AI)
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
The monthly salary range for this role is $4,000.00 to $4,264,00 CAD. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
