As a member of the Corporate Secretariat team, this role will assist in providing a full secretariat service to the Group and its overseas subsidiaries. Responsibilities include entity incorporation/deregistration, statutory documentation, board minutes, statutory returns and accounts, KYC support, and assisting with M&A projects. The position requires ICSA qualification or equivalent experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, contract role based in Bangalore, India, with the possibility of hybrid/remote working.
As a member of the Corporate Secretariat team, the successful candidate will assist in providing a full secretariat service to the Group and its overseas subsidiaries (including in the UK&I, AMEA, and LATAM regions).
Providing support within the UK team as part of a busy, friendly international Corporate Secretariat that carries out all core company secretarial responsibilities for the Group’s subsidiaries, with a focus on statutory compliance and record-keeping, routine annual and year-end procedures, and ad-hoc projects, as well as assisting with managing the compliance and maintenance of the Group’s international portfolio of subsidiaries with external consultants/legal service providers.
