Job Title: Health Representative (Meronem Team)

ROLE SUMMARY
Responsible for planning, implementing and follow up of marketing and sales strategies / tactics of assigned brands portfolio. Responsible for product details to HCPs of assigned territory and achieve revenue & KPIs objectives. Ensures that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and SOPs, Pfizer values, and global guidelines (including MAPP, FCPA), as appropriate.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the business/revenue targets of assigned product portfolio by:
- Making professional & skillful presentations to targeted doctors of the assigned territory for business generation.
- Ensuring adequate knowledge of the products and their competition to establish & communicate the benefit of products to customers/users.
- Updating doctors/chemists contact records list as & when needed with the consent of Category Lead and maintains all call records accordingly through Veeva system.
- Preparing weekly and monthly call plans and properly follow it to improve customer coverage as per defined KPIs.
- Keeping track of competitive activities in assigned geographical area and provide feedback to HRM/Country Brand Manager/ CFC Lead for onward communication to marketing for rebuttal strategies.
- Ready to travel frequently as per business need.
- Willingness to relocate as per business need.
Academic Qualification:
- Science Graduate /Pharm D
Professional Experience:
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Sales will be preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic Knowledge of Pharmacology, Pathology & Physiology.
- Powerful Presentation Skills.
- Computer skills including MS office.
- Analytical Approach.
