How would you like to join the LEGO Group Western Europe Legal team in a varied role supporting operations and our European markets team?
Core Responsibilities
- Supporting legal workstreams related to operations
- Supporting legal workstreams related to our Western Europe Market/Retail business
- Ensuring a high level of compliance in everything we do
- Revise, draft and negotiate medium and complex contracts
- Analyze and extract relevant legal questions from a scenario description and advise accordingly
- Provide legal advice to management and various departments on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters
- Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures
- Provide training to employees on legal compliance and company policies
- Independently drive small projects
- More complex projects with support from colleagues

The Western Europe Legal Team is a team with regional (Western Europe markets and IPR enforcement) and global (Facilities and Procurement) responsibility dedicated to providing legal assistance across our areas for key tasks and projects that support the LEGO Group’s strategic priorities and commercial agenda!
Do you have what it takes?
- Minimum 2-3 years of (postgraduate) global experience from in-house or private practice, with relevant legal experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field
- Legal degree.
- Collaborate and communicative demeanour.
- Confirmed track-record in negotiations and team member management
- Commercial understanding across levels of a value chain
- Takes initiative, recognizes and acts on legal issues
- Thrives in a changing environment
- English to an advanced level
