Upchurch is seeking an experienced HVAC Field Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage a team of technicians, and ensure efficient scheduling of service calls and preventative maintenance. This role involves managing customer accounts, service requests, and PM schedules while upholding high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of HVAC experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role, strong technical knowledge, and proficiency with dispatching software.
