The Operator (skilled) - M role ensures continuous production in line with plans, specifications, and quality requirements, adhering to safety and environmental guidelines. Responsibilities include operating and monitoring production lines, performing quality checks, analyzing and resolving equipment malfunctions, assisting with repairs, implementing scrap reduction measures, and supporting preventive maintenance. The role also involves participating in improvement projects, reworking blocked goods, maintaining a clean work area, and managing waste disposal. A completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator or equivalent technical qualification is required, along with knowledge of production equipment and control systems. Candidates must possess strong safety awareness, an independent and meticulous working style, teamwork ability, willingness to work shifts, and proficiency in German. Basic IT skills are also necessary.
