Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:
- Drive the achievement of sales, distribution, and merchandising/visibility targets within the assigned channel.
- Develop annual commercial building blocks and recommend yearly sales and promotional plans for the Traditional On-Trade channel in partnership with the Channel Manager.
- Proactively identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to enhance profitability and expand PR product penetration.
- Ensure all promotional agreements are properly reviewed, managed, and renewed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to execute promotional initiatives, assess their effectiveness, and provide actionable improvement recommendations.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities, delivering regular insights and performance reports.
- Secure, maximize, and continuously improve product display quality and brand visibility across all key signature outlets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through professional service, positioning the company as a preferred business partner.
- Ensure timely payment collection in line with channel requirements and company finance policies.
- Strategically manage product pricing to protect margins and support channel objectives.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Degree holder, with 5+ years relevant experience in trading field (alcoholic industry or FMCG is preferred)
- Former experience in traditional on-trade outlets is an advantage
- Dynamic, outgoing with good initiative and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, with self-motivated mindset to drive result and achieve target
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Strong numeric sense with good analytical skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Willing to work late hours
