The Boeing Company is hiring a 2nd Shift 787 Manufacturing Workplace Coach Manager in North Charleston, South Carolina. This role involves managing and motivating a team of Manufacturing Workplace Coaches (WPCs) to support mechanics, developing a governance strategy for Structured On-Job Training (SOJT), and creating Skill Enhancement Centers (SECs) for hands-on training. The position requires strong leadership, interpersonal, and coaching skills to drive improvements aligned with business priorities, foster a safety and quality mindset, and build partnerships across manufacturing and support organizations.
