NVIDIA is seeking a Formal Verification Engineer for its New College Grad 2026 program. The role involves verifying the design and implementation of industry-leading GPUs using formal verification tools. You will define verification scope, ensure design correctness, employ advanced formal techniques, and collaborate with architecture and design teams. Responsibilities include identifying key behaviors for verification, executing test plans, developing abstraction models, driving tool performance, debugging RTL, and contributing to script development. The position requires a BS/MS/PhD or equivalent experience in CS/CE/EE/Mathematics, strong analytical skills, knowledge of formal verification methodologies, Verilog/System Verilog experience, and proficiency in scripting languages like TCL, Perl, and Python. Experience with JasperGold and VC-Formal tools is also required.
As a Formal Verification Engineer at NVIDIA, you will verify the design and implementation of the industry's leading GPUs. In this position, your responsibilities will be to verify the micro-architecture using formal verification tools, define the verification scope, and ensure design correctness. You will employ advanced formal techniques to obtain sufficiently bounded proofs while working with architects, designers, and pre- & post-silicon verification teams to accomplish your tasks. You will efficiently execute the formal verification effort for the entire project cycle, delivering high-quality results on schedule, and clearly conveying those results to the team.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 100,000 USD - 166,750 USD for Level 1, and 116,000 USD - 189,750 USD for Level 2.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
