Quality Assurance and Certification Specialist

(Poznan, Poland)

What will you do

• Creating and updating product documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations and customer requirements
• Supervision over the correct labelling of products and ongoing monitoring of changes in food law
• Coordination of certification processes (including HALAL, Kosher, BIO, RSPO, Vegan)
• Co-creation and development of the quality system (BRC) and active participation in audits
• Ensuring product traceability and compliance with quality requirements
• Complaint analysis and implementation of improvement actions
• Preparing analyses and reports supporting quality development
• Building effective cooperation with clients, certification bodies and external partners

 

What we expect from you

• You have a higher education in a specific field (e.g. food technology, biotechnology, chemistry)

• You have at least 2 years of experience in quality in the food industry
• You know food quality and safety standards (HACCP, BRC, GMP/GHP)
• You are familiar with food law regulations and product labeling rules.
• You work efficiently with quality documentation and data
• You organize your own work well and work independently
• You have highly developed communication skills
• You speak English at a communicative level
