AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Associate Director for the Programme Advisory team, focusing on North & Scotland. This role involves setting up, assessing, and transforming large, complex programmes across various infrastructure sectors including Nuclear, Aviation, Defence, Water, Transportation, and Power & Renewables. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in programme lifecycle management, people leadership, PMO setup, strategic advisory, and stakeholder management, with a proven ability to lead change and build strong relationships. Professional certifications in APM, MoP, MSP, PRINCE2, P3O, PROSCI, Lean, or Six Sigma are highly valued.

The advisory team supports our Complex Infrastructure clients’ sectors in setting up, assessing and transforming some of the largest and complex programmes in UK and beyond, within our Nuclear, Aviation, Defence, Water, Transportation, Power & Renewables sectors.
