Gradient Labs is seeking its first Event Marketing Manager to own and execute its global events program, aiming to drive pipeline and establish the company as a leader in AI for financial services across the US, UK, and Europe. The role involves end-to-end event management, from planning and delivery of conferences, dinners, and workshops to audience building, outreach, sales alignment, post-event follow-up, and partner event coordination. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B event marketing, a creative and sales-oriented instinct, strong organizational skills using tools like Notion, Slack, and HubSpot, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

As our first Event Marketing Manager, you'll own our global events programme end to end. Your job is to drive pipeline and establish Gradient Labs as the known name in AI for financial services across the US, UK, and Europe through conferences, bespoke dinners, workshops, and partner events.
You'll build community in our key cities and curate experiences that senior financial services executives will want to show up to, and not stop talking about afterward. You'll have freedom to choose how you get the job done and you'll be backed by a world-class team in design, marketing, and sales.
