The Quality Assurance Inspector (m/w/d) is responsible for inspecting incoming goods (materials and equipment) according to specified characteristics for all divisions of NRM. This includes carrying out blocking procedures, creating defect reports, and verifying the completeness and accuracy of incoming documentation, which is then maintained in databases. The role also involves conducting mechanical-physical tests for initial sample inspections, damage investigations, monitoring checks, and incoming goods inspections on PE-HD and steel materials and their components. Responsibilities extend to practical testing of PE welders, issuing welder certifications, ensuring deadline adherence, and maintaining documentation. Additionally, the role involves checking and monitoring equipment for processing PE components, creating inspection protocols, evaluating test results, investigating damage cases, documenting material traceability, setting up and monitoring test pieces, and managing databases and documentation dispatch. Process development is also part of the role.
