Schaeffler is seeking a Launch Management Engineer in Icheon, South Korea. This role involves calculating production costs for new businesses, planning investments for new lines/projects, managing industrialization schedules, and handling customer audits. The engineer will also manage KPIs during ramp-up, support equipment/process validation, address change management during serial production, and manage production capacity while collaborating with global teams. The position requires business-level English and knowledge of basic statistics and quality management. Experience with new line installation and leadership skills are preferred.
