MaxAI is seeking a Recruiter (People Ops) for a US-based remote position to scale their team. This role owns the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing to pre-onboarding, for core teams like engineering and medical billing. The recruiter will be the main point of contact for candidates and will work closely with a People Ops advisor and the CEO. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and tracking recruiting metrics. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of recruiting experience, strong communication and interviewing skills, and proficiency with recruiting software. Availability to work US Eastern Time is required.

About the Role
We are looking for someone who owns our recruiting cycle: from sourcing through pre-onboarding. You will handle the entire candidate hiring cycle from start to finish for our core teams: from sourcing, screening interview, coordinating the process, to offer and pre-onboarding. You will the face of Max AI to our candidates and their key point of contact throughout their job application process.
