BJAK is seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to drive the expansion of their finance super app. This senior execution role involves aligning leadership, managing operating rhythms, solving cross-functional challenges, and converting strategy into measurable progress. The ideal candidate will have strong operator skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment. Experience in fintech, consulting, or strategy is a plus.

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to help drive BJAK's finance super app expansion across products, markets and teams. This is a senior execution role for someone who can align leadership, drive operating cadence, solve cross-functional problems and turn strategy into measurable progress.

Location
This role is based in UK. This is a hybrid role. You are expected to work from our UK office at least 3 days per week.
English is our main working language across global teams. Strong English communication is required.
Our process is designed to move fast:
