ALO is seeking a Raw Materials Sourcing & Production Merchandiser to support and execute sourcing strategies and production processes. This role is responsible for managing production for suppliers in the CAFTA and EU regions, requiring expertise in textile manufacturing, market intelligence, and performance fabric sourcing. The position involves coordinating with suppliers, analyzing data, tracking production, and identifying process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and align with ALO's brand values.

OVERVIEW
The Raw Materials Sourcing & Production Merchandiser plays a strategic role in supporting and executing sourcing strategies and production processes that will elevate supplier capabilities, drive speed to market, improve cost efficiency, and support Alo Yoga’s brand values. This position is responsible for managing production processes for suppliers in the CAFTA and EU region. The role requires experience in textile manufacturing, market intelligence, and performance fabric sourcing, as well as a proactive mindset to identify and mitigate material risks in production.

QUALIFICATIONS
The base salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
