Invesco is seeking a Temporary Administrative Secretary for a 2-year contract role based in Seoul, Republic of Korea. This full-time position involves office administration, facilities management, vendor support, and client liaison administrative support. Responsibilities include coordinating visitors, managing documentation, supporting meetings and travel, and assisting with policy updates. The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and fluent Korean with basic English proficiency. Experience in travel coordination and vendor management is preferred. This position will be hired via a third-party vendor.
