As a Lead Product Manager, you will shape the strategy and roadmap of the fCMS. This role is not about managing a fixed set of requirements. It is about helping the Judiciary modernise critical systems in a way that delivers value incrementally, reduces delivery risk and creates long-term adaptability. You will help the platform respond to new legislation, policies and judicial processes, while improving the experience of those who use and operate the courts.

Justice is one of Singapore's most important public services. Every year, almost 200,000 cases pass through our courts, involving individuals, families, businesses, lawyers and public agencies. Behind every case is someone seeking a fair, timely and accessible resolution.

The Judiciary's transformation into One Judiciary brought together the Supreme Court, State Courts and Family Justice Courts under a shared vision of delivering justice that is trusted, accessible and ready for the future.

Realising this vision requires more than organisational change. It requires rethinking the digital systems, processes and services that underpin how justice is delivered.

The Future Courts Management System (fCMS) is the Judiciary's flagship digital transformation programme, developed in close partnership with GovTech. You will join GovTech's product management community while working deeply with the Judiciary to shape products that support the administration of justice across Singapore's Courts.

This is not simply a like-for-like replacement of legacy systems. It is an opportunity to reimagine how court services should work: making them easier to use, more responsive to changing legislation and policies, and better able to serve everyone who depends on them.

This is a rare opportunity to help shape how justice will be delivered in Singapore for years to come.

In this role, you will:

• Shape product strategy for fCMS domains, translating Judiciary priorities, user needs, operational complexity and legislative changes into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Work in a product trio with Engineering and Design leads to discover, prioritise and deliver solutions that are valuable, usable, feasible, secure and scalable.
• Understand users and court operations by working with judges, judicial officers, lawyers, court administrators, partner agencies and members of the public to identify where digital products can make the greatest difference.
• Deliver value incrementally using modern product and engineering practices that reduce delivery risk, support learning from real usage and avoid big-bang replacement.
• Shape a secure and adaptable platform that can support evolving court processes, new government policies, integrations, data needs and long-term operational resilience.
• Build alignment and product capability by communicating product direction clearly, influencing through evidence, and coaching or guiding Product Managers where appropriate.

• You lead through influence — building alignment across senior stakeholders, court operations, legal, policy, design, engineering and technology partners.
• You are comfortable with modern digital delivery — working with multidisciplinary teams, Agile delivery, cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, enterprise systems, product analytics and secure-by-design practices.
• You raise the bar for product practice — coaching Product Managers where appropriate, contributing to GovTech's product community and strengthening a culture of discovery, evidence and continuous improvement.

Experience leading complex digital products, platforms or enterprise workflows is important. Experience in government, justice, regulated environments or large-scale transformation programmes will be advantageous, but not essential.

• Improve access to justice by shaping digital services that are easier to use, more inclusive and better aligned to the needs of court users.
• Modernise critical court operations by streamlining workflows across courts, case types and user groups.
• Respond faster to change by enabling new legislation, policies and judicial processes to be implemented more quickly and consistently.
• Build a resilient, adaptable platform that is secure, scalable and able to evolve with the Judiciary's long-term needs.
• Strengthen product maturity across fCMS by helping teams make better decisions through discovery, data, outcome measurement and continuous improvement.
