To manage end-to-end recruitment activities, support strategic talent acquisition initiatives, and execute employer branding programs to attract, engage, and hire high-quality talent. The role is responsible for delivering excellent candidate experience, strengthening employer reputation, supporting workforce planning, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives aligned with business objectives.Talent Acquisition Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities. Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct approaches. Conduct candidate assessments and provide recommendations to hiring managers based on competency and cultural fit. Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders. Manage recruitment vendors, headhunters, and external recruitment partners to ensure service quality and cost effectiveness. Monitor recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and quality of hire. Maintain an active talent pipeline for critical and future positions.
Employer Branding Support the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance company attractiveness as an employer of choice. Manage and update employer branding content across recruitment channels, social media, career pages, and internal communications. Coordinate employer branding activities such as career fairs, university partnerships, campus recruitment, internship programs, and talent engagement events. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to showcase employee success stories, company culture, and employee value proposition. Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and employee experience.
Recruitment Operations & Reporting Ensure recruitment processes comply with internal policies, governance requirements, and applicable regulations. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within HR systems. Prepare regular recruitment dashboards, manpower status reports, and hiring analysis for management. Support HR projects related to talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development as assigned.
